A fresh take on classic mint, the synergy of organic spearmint and peppermint leaves settles the tummy, reduces wind, and results in a flavour more delicious than either leaf alone.
Inspired by the waterway that is Yowie Bay in Sydney's south, where mythical creatures are said to reside, this tea will spark your imagination.
Our organic teas are crafted by hand, and perfected with love by our in-house herbalist.
Bring this minty delight to life by infusing 1 heaped teaspoon in a cup (250ml) of boiled water (100oC/212oF) for 3-5 minutes. Serve cool for an iced tea.

About Yowie Mint - a note from our herbalist
Well, this one's a sentimental favourite as it's named after Yowie Bay, in the south of Sydney, where I grew up.
Much like the Loch Ness Monster of Scotland, Yowies are creatures of Australian folklore, having roots in Aboriginal oral history. I've never had the privilege of seeing a Yowie, but apparently, they are an ape-like creature roaming the Australian outback. And Yowie Bay, obviously. (Methinks they keep as low a profile as aforementioned Monster.)
Anyway, back to the tea. If you like mint teas, you're going to love this one. I believe the addition of spearmint to peppermint makes for a taste much nicer than peppermint alone and the calendula gives it a little more love and light.
I really hope you enjoy this classic.
