RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY
We want you to be completely happy with your Taylor Made Tea Co. purchase.
If you have any concerns about your order, please contact us at enquiries@taylormadeteaco.com and we will respond to you within 24 hours.
Our Returns and Refund Policy is applicable up to 30 days after the date of delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds or exchanges after this time.
Please note we do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges on sale items/markdown.
Exchange for Damaged Goods or Incorrect Products
If for any reason your good(s) are damaged upon receiving them, or they are not the correct product(s) you ordered, we will gladly exchange it/them with a replacement product of the same value.
Please take a photo and contact us within 30 days of receiving the product(s), so we can arrange to exchange it with the correct product(s). To make your claim please send us, via email, the following information:
- Name
- Product details
- Proof of purchase (including order number)
- Details of the issue with the product (including photo)
Please do not dispose of the item(s) until we have exchanged it.
We reserve the right to ask you to send us back the product(s) whether it is damaged, or not the correct item/product before we issue a replacement or exchange. To claim your out-of-pocket expenses for returning any product(s) to us, please send any receipts for postage to the address listed below. Taylor Made Tea Co. provides this limited warranty.

We will cover all transport costs involved in replacing and exchanging incorrect or damaged good(s).
Refunds
Perishable goods including teas and collagen products are exempt from being returned thus we are unable to provide refunds for these items. If you think you may require a refund for another reason, please contact us at enquiries@taylormadeteaco.com with your order number.
To qualify for a refund you must return your item(s) at your own cost in saleable condition.
If you are approved for a refund, after we examine your returned item(s), we will provide a refund via your original payment method.
